INFORMATION TO READ BEFORE MAKING ANY REQUEST

Reservations for summer 2026: From 5th JANUARY 2026 at 12:01 am (Paris time).
Reservations are processed by date of receipt in the mailbox from the opening date of reservations. Requests received before January 5, 2026 will not be considered or responded to.

BIVOUAC: Pre-bookings for dinners will be available starting on 1st May. Camping spots cannot be reserved.

→ 2026 opening days: June 13 to September 19 inclusive
→ Please send only one request per group and check your spam folder if you are expecting a reply.
→ If you make a mistake in your first form, do not send another one. You will be able to adjust the information afterwards, once you received a reply.
→ Response time: allow 2 weeks. Please do not write again in the meantime.
→ We don’t have any private rooms, only share dorms. Beds are assigned.

I have read, understood and fully accept the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES (available via the clickable link above) regarding accomodation and bivouac.

I accept the cancellation policy below and I undertake to pay €72/person/day if my group does not show up on the day of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

– Cancellation free of charge up to 1 month prior to arrival.
– Cancellation between 1 month and 48 hours before booking: 20€/pers.
– Cancellation less than 48h: 40€/pers
– Reservation not honored (no show): Total amount of the reservation (72€/pers/night)
Cancellations must be made by e-mail, by forwarding the confirmation e-mail received.
For same-day cancellations, an additional phone call is appreciated.

For the above situations, you agree to pay the reservation amount within two weeks of receiving the Swikly payment email (may drop in junk box). We trust in your honesty.

For reservations of several nights, we will ask you to pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is non-refundable once payment has been made, even in the event of cancellation more than 1 month in advance.
